thankful thursday.

I am thankful for a short sale negotiator at B of A that is helpful, courteous, and wonderful. She is the 12th (yes, 12th!) that I have had assigned to me on a problem file (that I've worked on for more than a year) that is not just trying to do a good job, but going above and beyond to push this file through. I seriously thank the Lord for Ms. Hawkes every day.
