Matt is an incredible worker and once he sets his mind to something and believes in a company or product, it blows me away what he can accomplish.
He started at HOM Solutions thinking it would be a small "stop over". A good enough thing until a really good thing came along. But here we are, only seven months later and he has completely turned the Las Vegas division around. He has taken this small position and turned it into a potential long term career, in spite of this difficult job market.
Matt started out in a senior project manager type position and within the last 60 days is now the Las Vegas division president. He has been putting in 12 to 14 hour days and senior management and peers are noticing his work.
Last month, Matt quadrupled the revenue for Las Vegas and has introduced several programs and policies that have helped the division become more efficient and run more smoothly. His employees love to work for him and have amazing respect for him.
I know that the countless hours and hard work he is putting in now will pave the way for good things in the future. Matt, I am so proud of you and appreciate all you do for us and the example that you are setting for the boys!
